Return and Refund Policy

Kalavati Ayurveda is not responsible for any damage after delivery. In the case of an extreme scenario please email or call our customer service team.
To return any item please contact our customer service team at 9278152152 & email us at contact@kalavatiayurveda.com within 3 days of the product delivery.
Here we can accept any return & exchange only in the case if product is damaged, wrong delivered or replacement case and the product will be in an unused / intact / sealable and undamaged condition.
Product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice.
For safety reasons, we are not accepting any returns and cancellations as its prepaid order.
Postage & shipping cannot be refunded.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be entertaining under the exchange/returns policy.
Once the return / exchange request has accepted, we will process the same within 2-3 working days.
